Spacious Joondalup Supported Independent Living Home

Rhianna and Narelle are looking for two roommates for their house in Joondalup.

The ladies live in a Supported Independent Living home on an NDIS plan and need two roommates who have SIL NDIS funding. The house’s doorways are too narrow for a wheelchair user.

The ladies’ perfect roommate would be:

  • Female
  • Aged 35+
  • Chilled-out, patient attitude
  • Happy to spend time together
  • Wants to be involved with activities
  • Help out as much as they can with chores
  • Share responsibilities
  • Non-smoker
  • Non-drinker
  • No pets

About the ladies

Narelle is a laid-back lady who loves to just be in the same space as other people. She gets to know people quietly and will warm up to you slowly. Narelle loves anything she can touch, hear, or see. Her favourite activities are listening to music or watching the fish at AQWA.

She needs a roommate who will be chilled-out when they spend time together and not get in her personal space.

Rhianna is a calm, fun loving woman who loves to get out of the house and socialise. She gets to know people by having a laugh with them and being included in their activities. Rhianna has a big heart. She loves to help people and cares deeply about social justice. It is important to Rhianna that she has her own responsibilities, like jobs that are hers.

She needs a roommate who will be considerate of everyone’s feelings and will include her in their activities.

About the house

The front of the house has a small, well-managed garden and two car parking spaces. There is a large entertaining area and neat garden at the back of the property
