Situated in a quiet little street in Swan View, this 4-bedroom home is equipped with a large kitchen opening up to a dining and entertainment area which includes a large pool table. The front lounge is tucked away, perfect for movies or chilling out away from the rest of the house. The large backyard gets plenty of sun through the day and includes an undercover area to sit have a meal and relax.

Currently, there are two gentlemen residing in the house and looking for another two tenants to share the space with.

About Vinnies Shared Community Houses

Community Shared Houses are staffed on a part-time basis and consumers are required to manage their own medication.  Consumers are also expected to participate in the daily upkeep of the house, with support as required from Daily Life Skills Workers.  Groceries are bought collectively for the house by staff.  Consumers prepare their own breakfast and lunch while the staff ensure that there is one home-cooked meal per day.

The supported accommodation is part of the Vinnies Mental Health Services recovery programme and all residents are expected to be willing to work with a Recovery Support Worker alongside them to assist them in achieving their goals.   Underpinning all our work with consumers are the following practice philosophies that we adhere to:
