This 3-bedroom Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) home is one of two homes located next to each other in Hamilton Hill, right on the border of Fremantle and Cockburn, where there are myriad options for shopping, wonderful cafes and other amenities.

Fremantle offers free parking for ACROD card holders in their ‘City of Fremantle’ owned parking lots, and in the City of Cockburn, matting is laid each summer season at Ngarkal Beach (Port Coogee Marina), providing a path of easy access to the water’s edge for people who have mobility limitations or use mobility aids, while the Beach Trekker beach wheelchair is available to the public at Coogee Beach Surf Life Saving Club.

The home, built to High Physical Support (HPS) Design Category is due for completion in early 2024. It features spacious living areas, an Onsight Overnight Assistance (OOA) room, and a private ensuite bathroom connected to each bedroom.

The ideal applicant will have the opportunity to share their home with two other people while receiving Supported Independent Living (SIL) support from Nulsen Disability Services, a well established service provider with an excellent reputation.

Compatibility with other residents identified for the home will need to be explored upon application.
