We have one vacant bedroom available in a freshly renovated, Supported Independent Living (SIL) home in the beautiful coastal suburb of Secret Harbour. The accessible house is perfect for someone with NDIS SIL funding looking to maintain independence in a shared living environment.

Meet the housemates.
Two gentlemen currently reside in the Secret Harbour house.

The first gentleman is in his 40’s, enjoys bowling, watching movies at the cinema and going out for lunch. He also loves reading the newspaper, watching the AFL. and catching up with family.

The second gentleman is in his 50’s, loves the speedway, collecting model cars and going fishing or playing lawn bowls. He’s always keen to play a game of pool (there is a pool table in the house) and likes spending time with his family.

Their ideal housemate.
The current housemates would like to live with someone who is positive, calm, easy to get along with and isn’t too loud. They want someone who is a non-drinker but they don’t mind if the person smokes.  The gentlemen all like to have a chat, but they want to live with someone who can also respect their need for quiet time.

Surrounded by native trees, the house is situated on a large property and is all on one level with no step thresholds.

The available bedroom is spacious, with built-in robes and an ensuite bathroom. The room does not have a hoist.
