Provides support accommodation for women and families, with or without children, impacted by family or domestic violence or at risk of homelessness due to a crisis.
Chrysalis also assists in obtaining Centrelink benefits, counselling services, financial support, housing support and personal support.
Chrysalis House also provides services for children. A child support worker works with children to reduce the harmful effects of family violence, including availability of crèche services. Chrysalis House can accommodate children and youth up to the age of 18 years with appropriate recreation activities available.
Chrysalis House is staffed 24 hours/7 days a week.
